Pickup or shipping
For: Parents & families
At checkout, the Shipping Method section shows your choices.
Local pickup
Some teams offer pickup at a spot they choose, like the school or the field. If your team does, you'll see Local pickup: [name] with its instructions and $0.00, listed right alongside the shipping options.
- Tap the pickup option.
- The address fields disappear and a Pickup contact section appears. Enter the Name of the person picking up.
- Enter a Phone (needed for pickup) number.
- Tap Continue to payment.
Pickup is free. You don't need to enter a shipping address — if you change your mind, the page says Prefer shipping? Choose a shipping option above.
Don't see pickup? The team may not offer it. Or pickup may only cover certain items. If anything in your cart isn't eligible, pickup won't show for the whole order. Try removing that item, or choose shipping.
When is it ready? Your team will let you know — teams handle pickup timing and notice themselves (by text, email, or at practice), since it's their own hand-off, not a shipped package. If you're not sure, ask your coach or email [email protected] with your order number.
Shipping
- Enter your address under Shipping Address.
- We look up live carrier rates. The cheapest option is picked for you. You can choose a faster one.
- Each option shows a price and an estimate, like Est. 4 business days. That estimate is shipping time only, after your order is made.
If we can't verify your address, you'll see Did you mean: [suggested address]? with Use this and Keep mine. It never blocks your order — pick either one and keep going. If the address looks fine but we just can't confirm it, you'll instead see We couldn't verify this address. Please double-check it. with a Keep mine button.
