Paying and getting your receipt/invoice

How to pay

We take credit and debit cards. On phones and browsers that support it, Apple Pay or Google Pay may show up too.

1. In checkout, fill in your contact and delivery details.
2. Tap Continue to payment.
3. A Card box appears with Card number, Expiration date, Security code and ZIP code fields.
4. Tap Pay now.

Right above the button you'll see a short no-returns reminder — see Returns, refunds and damaged items.

If your card is declined, you'll see a message under the button. You can try again or use another card.

Gift cards

Some team stores offer gift cards. Before you tap Continue to payment, type your code in Gift card code (optional). We use as much of the balance as the order needs. If the gift card covers everything, you won't be asked for a card.

Tax and shipping

Your cart shows Tax + shipping: calculated at checkout. Once you're in checkout, shipping updates as soon as you pick a method; the order summary's Tax line reads Calculated at payment until then, and the Total shows a + after it (like $21.22+) to mark that tax isn't in that number yet. Your exact total, with tax included, shows on your confirmation and receipt after you pay.

Your receipt

After you pay, the confirmation page shows Payment Received, your Total paid, and the card you used (for example, "Visa ending in 4242"). It also says Receipt sent to your email.

Your confirmation email lists every item, the subtotal, shipping, tax and total.

Your invoice (PDF)

Need a paper copy for your records or a booster club? Tap Download invoice (PDF). It's on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email. The invoice is marked paid.

Is my payment safe?

Card details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
