Manage the products in your store
For: Owner, Store admin, Fundraiser, Store editor, Parents & families
Where: At the top of sportprinters.com, click Log in. Enter your Email and Password and click Sign In. You land on My Stores. Click Manage on your store. Store Admin opens on Products. Click the Store products tab.
The Store products tab lists everything in your store.
Find products
- Search with Search name, style #, brand…, or filter by Type and status.
- Status filters: Active, Inactive (hidden from shoppers), Draft — finish setup, Archived, plus Status: All (not archived) and All incl. archived.
- Needs decoration shows products that still need art.
Do things with selected products
Click the circle on one or more products (or Select all). A bar shows how many are selected. Then use it:
- Deactivate: hides an active product from shoppers. Reactivate brings it back.
- Remove (archive): takes products off your store. It asks you to confirm right there. You can bring them back later with Restore (filter by Archived).
- Feature / Unfeature: highlight products on your store.
- Move to top: puts products first.
- Set collections: group products (for example, "Hoodies" or "Spirit Wear"). You can make a new collection in the same box.
- Duplicate (one product): makes a copy.
- Add colors… (one product): see Add or remove colors on a product.
- Clear selection unticks everything.
Reorder by dragging
When you're viewing all active products with no search or filters, you can drag cards to change their order in your store.
Open a product
Click an active or inactive product to open its editor. It has tabs for General, Colors & Images, Decoration, Pricing, Add-ons and Collections, plus an Activate / Deactivate button. ← Products takes you back to the list.
