Finish a product with Create Product

Where: At the top of sportprinters.com, click Log in. Enter your Email and Password and click Sign In. You land on My Stores. Click Manage on your store. On the Products page, click a card marked DRAFT — FINISH SETUP, or add a product from Suggested or Catalog (see Add products to your store).

Create Product is a step-by-step screen for setting up one product. Nothing is live until you Activate on the last step, and your progress saves as you go.

Open it

• Right after adding one product, it opens on its own.
• On Products › Store products, click a card marked DRAFT — FINISH SETUP. The card also says what's next, for example "Next: Place art".

It picks up where you left off.

The steps

1. Title: the name and description shoppers see. Leave them blank to use the catalog's (see Product names and descriptions).
2. Colors: pick the colors you'll offer. ★ marks colors that match your team colors. Click Check the suggested colors to tick them. Choose a Default display color. That's the color shoppers see first.
3. Graphics (optional): pick art from your store's library, or click + Upload to add new art. Continue: Graphics → from Colors skips this and goes straight to Place art. To open it, click the Graphics circle at the top.
4. Place art: put your graphic on the garment (see Place your art on a product).
5. Pricing: set your markup and fundraising for this product, then click Save item (see Set your pricing). This step also lets you edit the Display name and Description.
6. Options: turn on the add-ons you want to offer on this product, like a player name (see Add-ons and player names).
7. Review: check the name, colors, what Parents pay, how many colors are Decorated and which Add-ons it has. Then click Activate.

Getting around

• Continue: <next step> → moves you forward. ← Back goes back. ✓ Saved shows your progress was saved.
• Click a green ✓ circle at the top to jump back to a step you've finished.
• Save draft saves where you are. Exit takes you back to Products.

If you haven't placed a logo

If no colors are decorated, Review warns: No logo placed yet: parents will see blank shirts. You can choose Place art first or Activate anyway.

After you Activate

If your store is open, the product shows right away. If it isn't open yet, the product shows once you open your store.
