Archive your store

Archiving takes your store down for good, for example at the end of a season. Nothing is deleted, and you can bring it back any time.

> Just pausing sales? Use Close store instead (see Open or close your store).

Archive

1. Log in at sportprinters.com. You land on My stores. Click Manage on your store, then Settings → Archive store.
2. Click Archive Store.
3. Confirm right there: click Archive, or Cancel.

What happens:

• Shoppers see a "This store is unavailable" page.
• The store moves off your active list on My Stores, into the Archived section.

Unarchive

1. On My Stores, open the Archived section and go to the store's settings.
2. On Settings › Archive store, click Unarchive Store.

The store comes back as a draft. Open it again when you're ready (see Open or close your store).

Releasing the store name (can't be undone)

A box below the button reads Also release the store name for reuse. Ticking it renames the archived store so the old name and web address can be used for a new store. This can't be undone. Leave it unticked unless you're sure — this option is visible to any owner or store admin, not staff-only, so be careful with it.
